    2. Please review the Interlibrary Loan Service policy and Copyright Restrictions found on the Library Services Home page before filling out this form. Please note that it may take several weeks to receive materials through the Interlibrary Loan service (ILL), and that you may be responsible for shipping charges. The Reference staff would be happy to check the catalogs of neighboring libraries for you; please call 972-625-1900 ext 3 to speak to a librarian. In order to use this service, you must have a valid and up-to-date TCPL library card. Self-registered library cards, also known as e-Cards, are not acceptable for ILL. Please come to the library to get a valid card.
